WiEPOut T1 is a pair of wireless I/O bridges: wire a switch, pushbutton, float switch or PLC output into one unit and the other unit mirrors it. One encrypted sub-GHz (902–928 MHz) radio link replaces up to 5 wired control paths.

Up to 1,000 ft (tested outdoors, units 6 in. above ground). Walls, metal buildings, terrain and mounting height affect range, so confirm the link at your site before relying on it.

Two dry-contact channels and three DC signal channels, so one pair replaces up to 5 wired paths. The DC (PinSync) lines use a 5–48 V reference voltage (recommended); 3.3 V also works.

No. The two units talk directly to each other over their own encrypted 902–928 MHz link, with no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, network or cloud service involved.

Yes. Traffic between the units is encrypted (AES-256), and the two units authenticate each other when they pair.

No license is needed. WiEPOut T1 is FCC Part 15 compliant (SDoC; independently tested by F2 Labs) and runs in the license-free 902–928 MHz ISM band.

WiEPOut T1 is rated for −20 °C to +70 °C operating temperature.

No. WiEPOut T1 is not a safety-rated device (no SIL or PL rating) and must not be the sole means of emergency shutdown or personnel protection. It can carry an EPO or interlock signal only where your risk assessment allows a non-rated wireless path.

WiEPOut T1 is sold through DigiKey: the Link Kit is $999 ($949 each at 4+, $899 each at 8+) and the Single Unit is $599. Check DigiKey for current price and stock.

The Link Kit is two Single Units boxed together, which is everything you need for one complete link. Buy a Single Unit as a spare, a replacement or an add-on; every working link needs two units.

No. Set the mode and channel with DIP switches, connect 12 V DC at each end, and the units pair automatically. The optional, free WiEPOut Host Service (REST, WebSocket, VISA/SCPI) is available if you want automation or monitoring.

Each unit runs on 12 V DC, and every unit ships with its own 12 V power adapter. The +12 V aux output (pin 7) can supply 100 mA max continuous (250 mA absolute max).

Yes. Each of the three DC signal channels is set as an input or an output with its own DIP switch.

Use it to drive a contactor or control relay that switches the AC load; don't switch line voltage directly. The far unit simply follows the switch or PLC output wired into the near unit.

Yes. There are 16 DIP-selectable channels; give each nearby pair its own channel.
